Hi,

is anyone aware of any high quality automatic brewers that allow to brew filter coffee correctly? I'm talking brew temperature control, detachable / exchangeable spray heads, water flow control etc. ?

Regards,
dsc.

Not really looking to buy, more curious whether someone already manufactured something similar. I'm tempted to build one on my own:)

You're giving us far too much information here. Try being a little more vague, and maybe someone could help you.

The machine I was thinking of would be in the trifecta family.

Coffee brewing machines and brewing equipment come in many forms, models, and designs that have continued to evolve over time.

Ok, lets re-phrase. Anyone knows whether there's a coffee brewer out there on the market that allows the following:

- water flow choice of some sort, can be limited for example 1 - 5 ml/sec

- temperature range say 80-95degC, precise to 1degC

- different dispersion patterns, which is why I mentioned interchangable nozzles / brew heads

Basically I'm looking for something that can simulate a normal V60 / Kalita brew but does so automatically with a press of a button.

Regards,
dsc.
