Right now, and for the near future, the trifecta will only be available on BunnAtHome.com. We're hoping to find a way to get it out and about for people to see it in action. If that happens, I will definitely post it here.

Would a Breville Smart Grinder be able to grind coarse enough for this machine? I'm disabled, and it would seem to be easier to get a more consistent dosage when dialed in. I'm only asking this because Coffee Kevin recommended a coarser grind and it seems to be an issue with the Breville.

I happened to mention to Coffee Kevin that I was looking at a Vario-W for my mixed brewing needs and he recommended the Baratza Virtuoso Preciso as it was noted at being better at coarse grinds (which is also in keeping with Mr Prince's Baratza model comparison.) You can get a Virtuoso Preciso refurb unit from Baratza for $239 which is about $40 more than I've seen the Breville Smart Grinder, or a new Virtuoso for $229.
Here is a comparison of the Breville Smart Grinder with the Baratza Virtuoso done by Kat and Gail at Seattle Coffee Gear.
