What I've read is Joe came back to an issue involving his young dog who has been diagnosed with lymphoma and may explain his being a little absent on this. He evidently has taken a major role in trying to save her life but am confident he'll get to all of us in due time.

Since arriving back in the states 2 weeks ago my primary focus has been on getting our dog treated for lymphoma so apologies for not responding sooner but do hope everyone understands.
That aside just this evening production schedules were set. I'll need to get data from customs brokers to give more precise dates but late July/ early August are good points to base things off of at this time.
REMINDER: Never leave the roaster unattended when in use !! And remember to use our Rosetta Stone tip PART V PARAGRAPH 3.. it works !!!

I think this machine looks promising, and seems to cOver the important necessities for takIng drip coffee to the next level. Before I pull the trigger can :
1) an 8.5" tall travel Mug ( thermos Sipp mug ) fit under the spout so one can brew directly into their cup ? 2) if the height does not accomadate taller mugs, can the base be taken off so that the unit can be raised up allowing for higher mug clearance ?
3) you mentioned 20 oz is the lowest optimal tests you conducted. If I only wanted 16oz could I adjust the pulse setting to 20 or 30 secs instead of the 15 sec. Default? If so, a slower brew time might help with smaller volumes. Have you already exhausted tests lower than 20oz ?
Thanks for your help, looks like an amazing product.
Sorry to hear about your dog, they truly are the only creature on earth I'm aware of that cares more about you than themselves.
