Hi guys, I came across this thread while searching for a new pump for my mcp. I bought a one new then when the pump weakened they sent me a refurbished that already had a weak pump in it. Nothing is under warranty anymore and I dont want to pay for another used machine. I also read that distilled water is not a good idea for these. I've been using distilled water for awhile now on the refurbed bunn and my delonghi espresso machine. I'm sick of Bunn myself but its so simple to replace these pumps that I've been trying to locate one with no luck.any ideas?

Hi. Sorry to hear it. I'd get in touch with Amanda--her contact info. is on p. 1 of this thread. Regarding distilled water, I don't think it's bad for the machine. It might be bad for the taste of your coffee though!
