OK I have been in coffee coma for the past....well let's say long enough. I'm not talking about my espresso habit since that's a whole separate animal.
I just got my yama this afternoon and washed it all nice and clean. I always do this since I don't know who was touching on it at the factory :) Proceeded to place it on the side to dry. Enjoyed my evening meal and came to CG to find out water/coffee ratio. Is it true the brews only get better as you master the art? If so this is unreal since my first brew was one of the tastiest cups I have made to date from any method. Not to mention is was hot hot hot. This is the cat's pajamas!!!
Now I see why owners are hooked on this. I have found and bought a glass filter rod since it was recommended to me by a few members. Should be here early next week.
