Actually you need to read a bit further into the purchases.  Each person bought it for around $65.  It would appear that the seller made a price adjustment to the listing and goofed on the update.  The seller has over 3000 listings, probably uses a bulk updater which can have program issues sometimes.

I have one of these Bialetti Mukka Express brewers except mine has a power base so not a stove top model. I would be hesitant to pay $65 for one...

 
I chew coffee beans with my teeth while gargling with 195 F water to enjoy coffee. What is this "coffee brewing" device you speak of?
