I am excited to see how my palate changes and how my techniques improve. Currently I am using a melitta plastic cone filter for quick everyday usage, a chemex pour over, and I'm using a bodum bistro burr grinder. I think some other areas I want to explore are using the aeropress, getting back into french press (which I never really liked because of the hassle of it). For the time being, I think I am going to avoid espresso, but perhaps may be open to it in the future. Looking forward to learning more here!

Hello! I'm new to good coffee as well, as having recently sold my Keurig machine to someone who actually thinks it is good. I need to get a Chemex since my current brew method is a french press and I love it and to me there is very little hassle to it. I did get a Bunn Trifecta mb today for a Christmas present but I have yet to try it out.
