Subject: Newbie owner of a Mokita Pro Line - HELP

I was given a Mokita Pro Line recently (yay!) that has just been fixed after a problem with the thermostat.

We're currently trying to get it working, but I have never used this machine before and cannot find ANY information on the web. Please bear with me, I'm a real newbie and know nothing about this machine but really hope to have great coffee with this great machine. Attached is a photo of the machine.

1 - How long is is supposed to take to heat up and when do I know if it heated up completely or not?
2 - What are all the lights on the front for? (I know the red one on the left is the ON light, but the other red one and the green I am unsure)
3 - The knob on the left is for steam and the one on the right is for hot water, but how do I know when I can use on or the other?

Thanks to anyone who can help me out!

Lost and confused coffee lover : Gabrielle.

That machine looks nice - I can't tell from the photo if you have a complete machine though. The photo shows no portafilter or filter baskets for the coffee as well as no drip tray.

This store in Montreal might be able to help you further:

I chew coffee beans with my teeth while gargling with 195 F water to enjoy coffee. What is this "coffee brewing" device you speak of?
