I havent Roasted my own beans but I do like to grind my own, and up to this point I have only ground store bought beans, Starbucks, Folgers, ect ect.... I like a full flavored, Strong but not bitter coffee. Any suggestions of what I might try and some good resources for buying? Thanks
Are you looking for a local roaster or online? If local, let us know where you're located - odds are somebody knows a good shop nearby. If you search through the forums I'm sure you'll find many links to online stores for roasted beans...
Don't waste another penny on store bought beans, yes home roasted really is that much better and incredibly easy. If you can pop popcorn you can roast coffee, in fact hot air popcorn poppers make excellent roasters!
Take the plunge now, it's easy and the coffee will be much much better!
