You're welcome Shannon, {;-)
Up here in Canada they sold the home BUNN units in Tim Hortons coffee shops & they had a specific 3 hole restrictor spray head. Guess ya don't really need it, & I don't know if you can order it from the US or not, but it wouldn't hurt to phone BUNN Canada to find out.

Since I got a good grinder and started home roasting, I have not had a bad cup of coffee at home. I suspect that the drip maker will eventually fail. I'm pretty certain it doesn't brew at the optimum temp, but grinding with the Rocky and using fresh beans it still makes a darn good cup of coffee. I have not had to do troubleshooting on a bad batch, but if I needed to, I think I would use the press pot to figure out what's going on. It's one method where I have total control over all the factors involved in brewing coffee.....grind, dose, brew temp, brew time, and freshness of beans. I consider the press pot, as simple as it is, one of the greatest methods to really learn about making coffee.
