I have a Keurig 2000 (I believe the first Keurig maker that came out). It is a 'commercial' coffee maker that plumbs in and you have to empty the coffee pod bin and its a big square coffee maker that was sold to me from a business for my small business. WHERE CAN I GET IT REPAIRED??? This baby is expensive and i'm not ready to toss it out to the landfill. It heats okay and the spigot that runs the hot H20 works fine and the filters have always been replaced and it really has not been 'abused'.....but just recently, the needle won't advance down the tracks to pierce the pod and brew my java. In fact, if you push the power button, it just doesn't do anything. The pot has been well taken care of. HELP? Who repairs these older brewers? Thanks!

How many cups do you brew per day? You may be better off getting a new Keurig, maybe one of the home brewers. It will likely be much cheaper than repairing yours.
If you want to repair it, contact a coffee service that deals with Keurig machines. They may be able to help.

Have you had any luck with the repair? I just bought a B3000 on ebay for what I think was a good deal, but if it breaks I cannot find any one who seems to be interested in working on it. I should not worry yet I guess, but they are exspensive. Thanks
