Can anyone recommend a top-flight brand of Jamaican Blue Mountain unroasted coffee beans that's available in the USA?  Thanks.

Look for anything with the M.B.C.F Stamp on it.  That means it's 100% certified authentic JBM Mavis Bank Coffee Factory.  All of Jamaica's best green comes from here 3000ft up Blue Mountain.  They do all of the processing at high altitude.

$22 per lb.  Most start at $35 per lb.

Coffee Bean Corral has it for $26 per lb

$26 per lb

Both are M.B.C.F certified.

I am just finishing a 10lb lot of the same coffee I bought back in June 2012.
City roast is nice.  Great milk chocolate tones but full city roast has nice bittersweet and dark chocolate tones. I swear a latte tastes like a Hershey bar!

Enjoy!
