I am in the early process of building a mobile rig to support a 12kg drum roaster. I can't find any info on anyone doing such a build. I find it tough to believe that I am the first person to want to roast mobile. It would be nice to hear of some others experience doing such a build. I'd really like to roast by the beach a day or so a week. Any direction would be awesome.

Your not alone in the idea, "The World's First Coffee Roasting Cart on Maui" and I have seen a few carts at open air markets. I have never see a 12kg roaster on a cart though, plan on running a after burner on it?
