A Mazzer should not have any trouble grinding for Turkish that I can see, as long as the burrs are not rubbing, there is no damage to anything. It isn't like you are grinding pounds of coffee at a time either so running a little longer should not be an issue. I do not make Turkish though so someone who does drink it may have a different opinion on the quality of the grind......
