I hope that this is not considered as an AD.
We had a chance in Beijing to directly contact and learn about the espresso and other coffee drinks, which is similar to the "top" level of the world coffee industry. That is a coffee shop, set up by someone from Austrilia. To avoid any mis-understanding, I would not tell any of my comments and just waiting for the comments from others. I do expect someone can have a chance to visit it, and make your own comments, first.
After our training of baristas in Beijing, we had organized the first training courses in Guangzhou of Guangdong Province, in this October. And, I am going there soon for the permanent set up of our Baristas' Training in Guangzhou.
Besides the coffee shops in Beijing, one can also check our espresso and other coffee drinks in the coffee shop, to be set up by one of our students in Guangzhou. I am goping there to help them to set up there coffee shop soon. If any of you want to know aboiut our espresso, and if you are happen to be in Guangzhou, you can visit that coffee shop in about one month, or two.
Anyway, after we know all of those information, here or around, I do believe that it is worth to give a check of our espresso when possible.
