Hey Folks,
My West Coast brethren have started a cool blog/site documenting Kyle Glanville's training for the WBC and the forthcoming Black Cat Project.

I watched Kyle's performance and I thought he did a great job.  It's a huge accomplishment just to make it to the WBC, and the issue with the grinder (they glued the burr assembly in after cross-threading it???) sounded like a nightmare.  That Black Cat Project grinder looked so awesome before being violated.  Congratulations to Kyle for a great effort!

I thought Kyle was definitely top six material in his first round, and was shocked that he didn't make the finals - absolutely shocked. He did an awesome job, and he represented extremely well. He's a good ambassador for quality coffee.

I also liked his recent videos on BoingBoing - quite enlightening. It's too bad Mark over at BB didn't totally listen to the advice Kyle was doling out (making ref to the bullet points at the end of the second vid... agitate the coffee? :))

Mark
