Besides CoffeeEmergency, is there another quality roaster that has a discounted subscription plan?  I can buy local (which is decent) or roast my own (eventually will go this route), but am just starting off and want a proven source.  The shipping becomes quite expensive if you order several times per month.

Thanks,

Steve

Not a direct answer to your question, but I recently competed a 3 month, a lb. every two weeks subscription from CE.  Every one of the 6 coffees, all SO, was enjoyable.  Being rather new to espresso, it really helped to educate me.  The price simply can't be beat.  Oh, and for my subscription, CE roasted on Tuesday and it was in my mailbox on Thursday.

Posted this site as a reply to another post but it is also applicable for subscription  http://theroastedbean.com/    customer service here is unbeatable, also  Win and Phil will custom roast blends of your choosing if you'd like to experiment,  always free priority shipping and roasted to order so may even be fine without subscription definitely worth a try IMO, I've been very pleased with them

Paradise Roasters does it but I think you have to email Miguel, and I think a lot of the big chains do it, if you really want to have peets every week....

If I didn't live so close to Jason, and didn't roast, I'd do a prescription.

Intelligentsia does it too.
