First time here, thanks in advance for the replies.
Looking for espresso blend [prefer only 2-4 beans]or straight bean, whatever it takes to get a sweet to semi-sweet choclatety espresso that can also hold up with milk.

Straight Ethiopian Harar or Yemen Mocha roasted dark will do the trick (but not Starbucks dark -- a Vienna Roast).
If you roast your own, do one roast of Harar and one of Ugandan Bugisu, both to the start of a rolling second. That'll have a sweeter taste than simple dark roasted Harar.
