I am enjoying a couple of really nice coffees from Extracto in Portland: their Norse East espresso blend and an Ethiopian Sidamo.  A friend of my daughter sent me a bag of the latter and I just had to get more.  The espresso tastes to me of honey graham crackers and the Sidamo as a pour over has lovely floral characteristics.  I had to do a little digging to get in touch with them and found they can be emailed at extracto at gmail dot com.  Definitely worth a try.

Thanks for the heads-up, Dan. I see Extracto also has two coffeehouse locations in the city to try (those must have been the last remaining two blocks in this town that didn't have a cafe - it's getting like Boardwalk here but with six hotels - a little over the top but not really a bad thing...)

The way you described how those two coffees tasted really got me excited to try them. Especially the espresso that tastes like honey graham crackers! I don't think I've ever had a cup that tastes that way and I'm really curious. I'm going to check out their sites though, for the life of me, I hope they won't cost a fortune! It's hard being a self-supporting student at times like these. Still, thanks for the heads-up! :)
