Along with our equipment I would love to see everyone's favorite roasts. Kinda like what favorite song is in your MP3 player right now. What is your bean hopper right now? Or even top 3 beans.... if you can't pick one.
Thanks,

Buying advice: GRINDER GRINDER GRINDER. Don't cheap out on the grinder. My coffee treasure map... Click Here (maps.google.com)
I just ordered 2lbs of Redline (one of my favorites next to Red Bird) and also 2lbs of Brown Cow Espresso from Kifu Coffee. Never had anything from them before, thought I'd try 'em out. Saw them mentioned over at HB. Decent prices and $5 shipping.
Sweet Maria's Liquid Amber has been my liquid magic for quite sometime. Damn I love that coffee!
Loads of sweet cream and caramel marshmallow. Hints of smoke and milk chocolate. Its all the flavors not typical to espresso (how many fruit/chocolate blends can one enjoy)? ;)
Velton's Three Ravens Decaf Velton's Bonsai Espresso Deep Cello Black Tie Decaf Deep Cello Black Tie Working on dialing in Deep Cello Bossa, but haven't been able to pull a decent shot yet Deep Cello Nostromo looks promising Middle Fork - their Middle Fork Blend, Double Crack Blend (during the holidays) was really fantastic St. John's Flying Squirrel Decaf
since my favs from barefoot, ecco, ritual, ect seem to have jumped in price quite a bit, I switched to home roasting also. Many good SO's out there obtainable for 4-10 a pound versus $18 to $20 for a 12 oz bag. for a change of pace I decided to order from Burman instead of SM,and the captains. so far the 3 varietals I've tried have been outstanding and at a reasonable price. Right now I'm drinking Rwanda Ruli Mountain, got to love the brown sugar, berry jam,and chocolate taste. The natural Harrar is also outstanding, the best I've tasted in a few years. very sweet berry toned. Another I'm drinking right now is Guat-Bella Carmona,Taste just like various nuts with honey drizzled over them.Yummy, took each one to either FC or FC+. made great SO espressos.
Tony....next time your order from Kifu add the WONDO to your order. Fruit bomb! Delicious.
