Just got into the coffee game! excited to learn more but I want to try a variety of roasters. I've tried the mainstream stuff: Intellegnetsia, Stumptown, Sight Glass, Blue Bottle, Handsome. Looking for some more and maybe less expensive beans. What do you guys think?

See the main topic of espresso blends.  I am sure the mod will move your question soon.

Red Bird Espresso -- $11.99/pound, plus shipping; $51.90 for 5-pounds including shipping.

Red Bird is great, but I'm really loving metropolis redline lately.  staying pretty close to their brewing parameters for 23g triples is really, really nice.

Then again, so is their double brewing parameter.  In general, really good stuff.  Their Rwanda SO coffee was a crowd pleaser around my house as well.
