This is completely unorthodox, but I just haven't found a good solution as to what to do with all the little remnants of beans from finished bags of espresso. I'll have 5g of x blend, 6g of y blend, etc.. So, I just throw them all together, and make a Po' Boy blend. Sometimes it's surprisingly delicious. Other times it's horrid.

I do that with the left overs from the beans I grind, I put into a air tight container and use them in my drip coffee maker and it comes out pretty good. But it's mostly what I've been grinding over the past week or so.
oh yeah! cooking! i've made these chocolate espresso cookies many times before. they're great! i'd up the coffee in it, though. or maybe add a bit of actual espresso into it. Click Here (www.petitekitchenesse.com)
