I have a cafe near me and thought they bought from a mass distributor, but found that they seem to be based in my hometown. Anyway, just wondering if anyone has used or has an opinion on their products? I new to the game, and have enjoyed the espresso beans that I purchased, but I really don't known when they were roasted. Ask them to mark the roast date on the bags from now on if they do it themselves. And I like getting beans from a cafe where I can taste them first and see if my shots are as good at home. That is a really good learning tool.
