Has anyone have a problem with this company on any orders, I placed an order for a pound of their Dancing Goat on Friday 12/15/12 and when I went to website to track my order all is says is Electronic Notification and haven't received nothing. I know it's the Christmas season and mail gets bogged down but this is ridiculous, I've ordered coffee from other companies which are further away from me in North Carolina and got them within 3-4 days. This company is in Georgia and only 450 miles away. Oh any my card has already be charged for this order.

yup, just as i expected. From their website:
"Roast to Order It’s important to note that roasting to order means there is a one-day delay from the time you place your order, to the time it roasts. We start our roasters at 6:00am, so if your order is received by 5:00am PST Monday-Thursday, it will roast and ship the same day. Otherwise, your coffee will roast and ship the following business day.
When do we roast our coffees? Monday-Thursday Orders placed after 5:00am PST on Thursdays will roast the following Monday, unless it’s a holiday.
Do you roast coffee on Fridays? No. Fans of Batdorf & Bronson Coffee Roasters have learned over the years that it’s best to order over the weekend. This ensures that their coffee roasts and ships Monday and generally means each customer will have the freshest coffee possible sitting at their doorstep before the end of the week. Due to this ordering trend and small roast loads on Fridays, we decided to only roast Monday-Thursday. Plus, why go through the effort to ensure the freshest coffee possible, and then let it sit in a shipping truck over a weekend?"
At best, your coffee probably was roasted on monday morning and then shipped that day. Probably best to give it another day or two.

I got a very pleasant surprise yesterday, my first order of Dancing Goat from gocoffeego either got lost or sent somewhere else by USPS. But working with Mrs. Claus "Elise" at gocoffeego she reordered it plus also an extra pound of Dancing Goat, now that's "customer service".
