Many of the roasters on the "favorites" list update offerings seasonally, according to availability and selection. And of course, different farms have different results in different years. The list only includes roasters that other enthusiasts have recommended.
Plugging my buddy Chris...Dodd coffee has a new Colombian SO Espresso that I've been enjoying all week. Great as a straight shot but also very yummy in cappucino :)
And you can pretty much rely on quality offerings from Intelligentsia, Blue Bottle, CounterCulture, Klatch, Caffè Fresco, Cuvée Coffee, Four Barrel, Metropolis, West Coast Roasting, 49th Parallel, (etc. etc. etc.). There are many more on the list but these are some of my personal favorites.
