Thank you. I will look at these, but did notice these reviews are over 1 1/2 years old. Looking for tried & true blends used either regularly or recently by coffee-geekers? Thanks.

if you go through the whole thread on the link I provided, you'll see the list has been updated several times, last one I believe was mid-October, 2012.
My favorites off there have been counter culture, red bird (reg espresso and blue jag), klatch (WBC), vivace and stumptown the ones in parentheses are my staples...i.e., I buy 5# bags.

Many of the roasters on the "favorites" list update offerings seasonally, according to availability and selection. And of course, different farms have different results in different years. The list only includes roasters that other enthusiasts have recommended.
Plugging my buddy Chris...Dodd coffee has a new Colombian SO Espresso that I've been enjoying all week. Great as a straight shot but also very yummy in cappucino :)
And you can pretty much rely on quality offerings from Intelligentsia, Blue Bottle, CounterCulture, Klatch, Caffè Fresco, Cuvée Coffee, Four Barrel, Metropolis, West Coast Roasting, 49th Parallel, (etc. etc. etc.). There are many more on the list but these are some of my personal favorites.

We have a newer roaster in Pennsylvania that I'm headed to tomorrow. I've had their stuff at local establishments but haven't bought beans yet. I'll edit when I actually run them, but their website is click here
