Came across this coffee for the first time today at my local roastery.
Asked about it and the barista pulled me a little taste. Yow! Some taste. And an amazing syrupy texture. Blew me away. So, needless to say, I bought some.
Hope I can replicate that taste experience with my home set-up...

Pretty much bang on "medium" - whatever that is. The roasters don't go in for that burnt note in any of their blends. Which is why I like their stuff.
I still have not replicated that first taste experience. I've had to move the grind a lot finer to get near it. Sill not there yet. I might have more time to put into it tomorrow morning.

Thanks. I'd put that at a City+ possibly? I ask because it helps us here who may wish to roast some for our own use.
