Oh yes, but it gets better. PID brew and steaming with phase angle heater control. The problem is my homebrew thermocouples are reading 2.6 degrees low in an ice bath, but I'm working on that right now...

So far this thread has been "all talk and no action!" We "the people" want hot brew not hot air!! We've all seen Jon's naked bits so Andre, it's time to pull the finger out and put your money where your 15 degree La Marz PF is! You've already told us you've got the best equipment so how 'bout delivering the goods?
Gentlemen......start your grinders! Just quietly, my money's still on Jon due to Andre's NO MODIFICATION policy. Has any body ever heard of a totally stock race car?
Yeah - Ever heard of Lamborghini Marcielago? They're ready to race. There are quite a few cars ready to race stock.
Even more importantly, espresso machines are all made to do the exact same thing: force water through a bed of compacted coffee grounds. Usually at about the same pressure - 8 - 10 bars. It's not an engine thing.
Here's one I took while I was "testing" Redline (earlier of course).
I'll be setting up for new photos this weekend and I'm just over 1/4 of the way through my new pound of Redline. I'm just about dialed in and ready to roll.
Let the games begin! Andre - it's on and we're lookin' for your action:
