As you can tell I am a newbie here. Luckily when I looked up Kopi Luak on Google and one of the links brought me here to my delight. (Still no luck in purchasing any... any suggestions?)
Anyhow what I was wondering is about the experience factor on this site. I wonder where I might rank here. What are the defining qualities of a "professional"?

I don't think there is a codified definition on the site, so I suppose you can go by the dictionary definition. In other words, if you work in the "coffee industry" that I guess you're a professional.
