I do not know what it really tastes like.
Normally, we suggest our clients that if the hot coffee is covered with some whipped cream, do not stir it, and drink it directly, and let the hot coffee go through the cold cream and mixed some into the mouth. That can be a good way to drink that kind of coffee. If you stir it, the coffee will be warm, and the cream will be warm too.
But, I shall give it a try, and see what may happen to it.
