Here is my setup. This is kind of a memorial though, since both the grinder and the machine have been sold to make room for my Mazzer and brand new Maver Marte (new e61 machine that hasn't hit the market yet). The Elektra setup has served me faithfully for 2 years and I doubt that my kitchen will ever be graced with a more beatiful pair (although my wife likes to refer to the machine as the sports trophy - blasphemy!)

Coffee leads men to trifle away their time, scald their chops, and spend their money, all for a little base, black, thick, nasty, bitter, stinking nauseous puddle water. ~The Women's Petition Against Coffee, 1674

you inspire me, jon.
we got a new bench from Ikea ... my little old cart was getting a bit too wonky for comfort. Every thwack of the doser would make the lil cart creak and bend and moan ...
so I'll do this in detail, then reveal it all at the end.
I got sick of removing my cups, refilling my reservoir, then putting all the cups back. So I ran the lines from the pump and the OPV out from two holes behind the drip tray, into a 12L container.
I also got sick of emptying the drip tray every day ... a PITA with expobar office's.
Who would have thought that these mods would make refilling the reservoir and emptying the waste such a bigger job?!?!?
