New table is 24x60 and the old one was 18x42 (big BIG difference is feel). And the table was only about $200! Check your local restaurant supply for stainless prep tables.
Thanks Jon. I am currently running the machine from its reservoir but am thinking of a setup similar to yours - i.e. running it from the large bottles. That is a great setup you have there - a lot of space for prepping. Nice. I also note the doserless mod on the SJ. Cool! I will try and post more pics of my setup soon...
Anyway - I don't think it was the movers. It was me and my disorganization. I have the case and battery charger, but no camera.... Oh well - I like the new one and it wasn't TOO expensive :-))
Right, only 1 day., & actually in about 2½ hrs.., sorry. {;-)

Dang it!, at least ya have the model 30 over the 10 now Jon,
Sounds weird to say, but when I saw your countertop (and new La Marzocco) it was I had been there before ... I've spent quite a bit of time reading your various posts, and wanted to say a Thanks! for all the great info... and the your setup has always looked great on that countertop!
Still learning to work with my relatively new gear (Andreja Premium and Mazzer Mini). I'll post my shrine shortly as well - but wanted to thank you once again for sharing all of your experiences, and cozy shrine over the years!
