I got the opportunity to visit Museo del Café, toured with some of the farms and Haciendas in Coatepec, Xico & Oaxaca Pluma alta farms.
Also got to meet with some of the local farmers, growers and roasters. All in all it was very interesting and exiting to hear what they had to say from the other side of the cup.
