It's not the worst idea out there, but they should probably go the Hooters route and try for more credibility. We have betel nut girls in Taiwan, and have had them for a long time, so it's not such a big deal.

Been done and better for years!!! Cafe Risque, Gainesville (actually Micanopy --- Mic-an-Opie) Florida has been selling $10 a cup coffee served in the nude for years. They somehow slip by both the health department and the bible thumpers.
