I just grind 3 grams of Koratie Dry Process much finer than normal espresso grind and sprinkle it over good vanilla ice cream and mix it all togeather....ummmmmmm good...Im going to try pulling a shot and mixing it with vanilla next.

Thanks for posting this.  I just tried this with an AeroPress shot over vanilla Häagen-Dazs.  It was great.  I'm going to try Big Tom next time.

Once upon a time (after Vietnam but before SNL) I gave a party for my wife's hoodlum friends, (all school teachers), and grabbed some store brand vanilla ice cream, a blender and a bottle of Kahlua. Enough said?

Can I humbly say that in response to all the wonderful chocolate and booze additives and recipes mentioned, I think the line........... "No use reinventing the wheel" might be appropriate?

And remember............DON'T BLEND AND DRIVE!
