I don't know about online, but you can get those cups (and lids) at Smart and Final. Only downside is that you have to buy a lot, e.g. 50 cups and 50 lids, etc.
I'm not sure were to get them online, but I buy Dixie "Perfect Touch" cups at Sam's Club. They are 16 oz and are well insulated, so they don't need sleeves or to be doubled up. I pay a little over $7 for 100 cups and about $10 for a box of 500 lids (I may NEVER need more than one box of lids). I use these at the office when I make drinks for my coworkers, and often use them at home when making a drink to go.

Yeah, I started out trying to order them at a restaraunt supply store, but they only came in huge quantities and even then the unit cost was higher than at Sam's (~ 7 cents/cup at Sam's). I was very happy when someone told me that Sam's sells them in reasonable quantities. I haven't been to a Costco since I left WA about 16 months ago, so I don't know if they have them. Good luck with your search.

I ended up buying the cups/lids from Smart & Final. Although the biggest size they had was 16 oz for Hot cups. They did have plastic cups for Iced drinks in 20 oz. It was really cheap too.
