Where did you get that water wand? Is the Duetto shipping with those wands now, or did you buy it aftermarket?
I definitely like it much better then the short/straight one.

I got the Andreja water wand from Mary at Chriscoffee. I have the no-burn steam wand coming next week. The water wand is much better than the straight one that comes with the Duetto.

Nice setup. Let us know how you like the no-burn wand compared to the standard wand on the Duetto. I know it is supposed to be a bit longer and the steam tip is different, so I'm curious about that as well. I've considered adding the no-burn wand to my Alex (HX), but I have yet to hear from anybody that has used both to compare them. Thanks.

Usc- Yep, you definitely called it. I WAS looking at a 2grp Linea, and to be honest, I might still do a LM Rebuild, but when I got the Vivaldi Offer, it took all of 2seconds to be 99% sure, and the rest of the evening setting it in stone. My Anita sold even faster.
I just packed her up, she is shipping out in the morning. Its sad to see her go. . . She was my first real machine. But, the Vivaldi is filling her shoes BEAUTIFULLY. I am loving every minute of using the VII, it is such a pleasure. The programable pre-infusion is a lot of fun, and the simplicity with which I can change temperature is amazing. So much fun.
And Microfoam. WOW is it easy to get beautiful microfoam. I got out the dish soap to see how much practice I would need. First try, textbook. First try with milk, a TAD thick. 2nd Try, beautiful microfoam. The dispersion of the 4hole tip makes it a piece of cake. And, Im using the smaller, .9mm tip, and its still lightning fast. I cant wait to try the stock/larger tip
Re the no-burn wand. I had one on my Anita. I used it with a different steam tip though. The extra length was very nice. That was the only accessory I didnt include with Anita, as I can use it on my VII. But, the S5 Arm, I like a lot more. Keep in mind, the S5 and No Burn both fit the Alex, and others. The way the S5 arm bends is great for really getting the milk rolling. But, the 2L+ boiler and 4 hole tips helps a bit as well :)

Hi Jeff - Glad to see the Vivaldi has gone to a good home. Picked up my new baby today & hope to have it set up by tomorrow afternoon. I'll post some photos of the machine in a day or so but for now here's a pic with my crack security team standing guard.
