Ah, the M3. Well, it's been relegated to the basement! :) Soon to be sold to another lucky owner. Great grinder, but the Nino is pretty sweet on it's own - now that I have 220 installed and have room for it!
If you had to lift the Speedster out of that big box you might not think it was so "little". Lots of other stuff in there with it. The remote motor pump assy is huge compared to the units used inside machines. It comes with a fairly large resin water softener & there also was the "alternative" engine turned bodywork along with all the accessories.

My new home setup . . . the Baratza Vario replaces the Quick Mill Stepless/Doserless (and Hopperless). Also, I replaced the Bummper tamping stand with one from Cafelat.

Baratza Vario is on the bar (at least until I get it to the office) Custom wood portafilter handle and PF holder from our own Juanjo (sweeeeeet work!) New cutting board from Bed,Bath Beyond....matches the other wood and is nice and heavy
