Hi, looking for recommendations on purchasing espresso, in Canada, taking into account shipping costs. I've tried and enjoyed Social Coffee Company and they do offer free shipping with orders > $25. Tried and enjoyed Detour coffee as well, but seeking other recommendations. Haven't ordered from the US before, primarily because of the incremental shipping costs. Thanks in advance for your feedback.

Just got some coffee from Reunion Island and it is very good and reasonably priced. Free shipping above 49$, but reasonable even if you pay for shipping (especially the 1kg bags). Their tamper is the best value you will find anywhere, 2 pistons for 25$, unheard of. There is also terra cafe in Montreal that has good prices and reasonable shipping in Canada.
It seems Bridgehead is building a coffee roast place on Preston St., where the mirror/glass place used to be.
At the moment, they get their coffee from a roasting house in Montreal, about 4 days delivery time. This should shorten it quite a bit.
BTW, I've been buying beans from their Metcalfe/Sparks St. store for my office espresso machine. Currently experimenting with Guatemalan. The pure strain beans (e.g. Brazilian, Mexican) seem fine, I find their blends so-so.
