Well, for beans I mostly buy from Red Bird, less often Klatch and others (I like to try something new every so often, just to mix it up and break up the routine).
For equipment, supplies 1st-line, Chris' Coffee, Espresso Parts are my 3 biggies. I then look at Seattle Coffee Gear, Orphan Espresso and Sweet Maria's. 3rd tier for me would be Whole Latte Love, then 4th tier is coffee places that also sell supplies (but I rarely get that far).
beans: Metropolis (free shipping over $50), red bird, caffe fresco, kickapoo coffee. Would order more from water avenue if they didn't ship fed ex (just takes too long PDX to east coast). I can pick up black cat and hairbender locally, as well as any counter culture roast. Mad cap also ships but is beginning to be distributed in the DC area as they're opening a location here soon. I usually pick up some cafe grumpy or gimme coffee when visiting my brother.
equipment: almost always chris' coffee if they have it. simply been treated awesomely every dealing with them. Also have ordered from barista lab, seattle coffee gear, espresso parts, and visions espresso. Good experiences with them all.
