Those numbers put up are correct. There are three ways to get this down: (1) mix decaf and caf. You can usually get a good cup and more importantly, drink more coffee without upsetting the neighbors; or (2) ask your roaster to make a low-caf blend; or (3) just drink a great decaf like the fructose one from Klatch or other artisan roasters. Decaf has gotten a bad name, but there really are great decafs out there.
