So my machine has been temporarily evicted from its place on the counter to a nearby cart which changes the hight of the machine making it about a foot lower. I can't steam POOP now. I am going to have to build a pedestal or something I can't live with this at all. For all the tiny things we obsess over to be crippled by something like this I would never have thought possible.
You know those people that want to tell you how to raise your kids but have none of their own? That is how i feel when someone with a kitchen appliance tells me how the merits or dis-merits of my machine or how to use it.

How soon we become used to what we do and how we do it! Like Bud, I like my pitcher higher rather than lower but from a purely mechanical point of view, there is no difference to the machine, it is the same, it is your view and hand position that changes and it can be like starting all over again,
Like we say to all our nubes, (no not a put down HE HE HE) Hang in there, it will get better LOL!!!!!
