What did the espresso taste like?  Pucks are over rated.

Like heaven... rich, full bodied wonderful heaven that is only diminished by doing anything to it apart from drinking it straight.

Above all, what really counts in the end is that you enjoy the taste in your cup.  And you seem to do that. So, congrats!
