My favorite coffee add-in is white chocolate sauce. I've bought all the commercial offerings, had too many *$ white mochas to count, and have tried making my own sauce several times. I was looking for a balance of the milk/cream with the sweetness that was just right. I think this recipe gets it just right:
PizzaMan's White Chocolate Sauce 2 cans (7.6 ounce) Nestle Media Crema Table Cream 2 cans (14 ounce) your favorite brand Sweetened Condensed Milk 1 box (16 ounce) E. Guitttard 31% Cacao White Chocolate Wafers 1-2 cups Half and Half (vary this amount to adjust the consistency - adding more means it pours more easily) 2-3 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and heat over low-medium heat until the chocolate wafers dissolve. Keep heating until the mixture reaches 150 degrees F. Pour into suitable containers. Keep refrigerated. As always, you should customize this recipe to meet your specific tastes. If you find it too "milky" then add less Table Cream. If you find it too sweet then add less Condensed Milk.
