I just did a post on my coffee blog Click Here (baristabanterblog.blogspot.com) that explains/defines different espresso beverages, such as latte, mocha cappuccino, macchiato, americano, gibraltar, cafe au lait, caffe con lecce, etc, as well as other espresso terminology, such as ristretto, crema, wet, dry, breve, short/long pull. I also get into types of beans including robusta, arabica, peaberry, hard, soft and green coffee beans. I was wondering if I missed any big ones, or if anyone has anything to add or correct? Or maybe you just want to find out what some of these crazy words mean, if you don't know? Check it out: Click Here (baristabanterblog.blogspot.com) and let me know what you think!

Have to agree with the above. While I am sometimes inclined to talk like a sailor myself, (which I was at one time), your language will quickly turn many people off from what seems to be an otherwise well written and informative blog.

Good info but the bit about "stop trying to sound like you know what your talking about" is about narcissistic. It stand out against the bits like "sour as a**" which sound like a foul mouth 12 year old just learning to swear wrote it.
You know those people that want to tell you how to raise your kids but have none of their own? That is how i feel when someone with a kitchen appliance tells me how the merits or dis-merits of my machine or how to use it.
