Subject: kopi luwak sources

Many kopi luwak sources in the market now come from instant poop luwak farms in Java. It is sad to know that these wild animals are being trapped and captured, then forced to eat second and third grade coffee cherries inside small wooden cages. The luwak animals should be left alone and free in the wild to do their own things, not being caged for any commercial purposes

Is it a shock to anyone here that his sig link is for Kopi Luwak for sale...?
And he is right- at least the free roaming civets can find their own second and third grade coffee beans to eat in the wild..

beyond that, it is hard to believe that there is that much KL coffee found in the wild as there is for sale just on his website alone. But whatever the case, the thinly-veiled spam post should be removed.

Sadly, there are no rules against thinly-veiling your spam posts. :-( Not even against posting your business link in your signature. Be assured the moderators have been monitoring this user's activity carefully for rule violations.

Apparently Im not good at the no profanitythingy... But since this is somthing dear to my Heart (or at least ethics) Ill try to repost without the one "no-go word"... Ill take it, its an acceptable post now...

I knew and I most sincerely believe that all kopi luwak production is highly unethical and includes an impressive amount of animal cruelty. Personally I find it stupid, since there is soooooo much great coffee made under a more ethical production. Also: I've heard there is a of fake kopi luwak, since so few know what it actually tastes like.
