1, hermetically sealed is essential for the preservation of coffee, only in sealed condition, in order to slow down the oxidation rate of coffee. We generally with sealed cans, seals and sealing folders, etc. to achieve the seal. 2, away from the smell of coffee for odor adsorption capacity is very strong, especially specialty coffee is more sensitive. Not only refers to smell the odor, taste, and other corruption, including different varieties of beans, placed in the same sealed tank.

Yes. Thatís true because coffee is sensitive both in whole bean and in ground forms. It deteriorates easily when exposed to oxygen, light, moisture, and unfavorable temperature. Proper storing can preserve the taste and aroma of coffee in its freshest.

Well. That's right. I used to follow the procedure as same as this stated in the post. By using the sealed ones we may experience the better taste and the odour with out any change. Please share some more measures about this when free. Thanks for sharing.
