I didn't think there was any, but I found a place in Omaha that is suppose to serve real espresso!  I am encouraged by the machine/grinder setup showing in a picture on their website that they at least use quality equipment.  I have never had a real espresso shot other than Charbucks (and mine) so if the snow stays away I will try them out this weekend and hopefully they can show me what a really good shot tastes like.

Well, I looked at the website and they make all the right noises. Copy on a  website and how it is put into practice can be two different things though. It has promise, give it a try and let us know how it went :D

Fantastic place!!  The guy was more then willing to let me try everything and then gave me pointers for everything from roasting to pulling the shot.  I spent about an hour there and learned a ton.  I also learned that my shots are very close to where they need to be, I am not as far off as I thought.  He also understood quickly that I had done research and talked to me like a colleague instead of talking down to me.  He was also doing everything right when pulling shots and even using a naked PF and watching the shots closely.  I am very impressed.

If anyone wants to try out their beans they use flat rate shipping, their small bags are 12oz but if you change to a 2 lb bag their prices are in line with many other online roasters.
