Surely it is possible to find decent extraction in Milan!

I cant for the life of me find a cafe that is not staffed by old men in bow ties serving coffee the same way they have been for the last 100 years.
Dont get me wrong the coffee is reasonable good quality for what it is compared to France and Spain but I am yet to find a cafe that is driven by passion for producing outstanding quality cafe that we are all addicted to.

If anyone has ever found that elusive coffee in Milan please let me know, it would make my day and I am sure there will be lots of good coffee karma coming your way.

Thanking you in advance and out of slight desperation.

Ben

I was on the phone with a old friend of mine,
he's really into espresso and
after trying many many different one, (born raise lives and work in Milano)
he told me:
il Marchesino (own by Gualtiero Marchesi famos Italian chef)
in Piazza La Scala,
he was suppost take me there last October but we didn't have the time to do it,

if you are willing to try it let me know if Mauro is right or not.
