It seems like I kill a pound of coffee really quick.  Just wondering what other people use.  I go through a pound a week almost always, after a while it starts to add up.

We go through about 2.5 lbs of green beans per week.   I'm not sure what this would be in roasted weight as I never thought to measure it.  I might have to do that after the next batch.

I'm somewhere in the neighborhood of 1/2 - 3/4 lb per week.  This is 1 cappa every morning and maybe another or a double macchiato 3x a week extra.  As well as the random friend pop over cappa.

I use about 2-3 pounds a week, but I also make coffee for 3 other people in my own office and another 3-4 people in my girfriend's office.

Morfious and I have the same schedule.  I also use between 1/2 -3/4#/week, it's just me drinking coffee in the house (95% espresso) and there's the double shot capp each morning, possibly another one mid-day, and then the girlfriends who come over for a special treat at least once a week.

By the way, Morfious, where in NJ are you?  I was born and raised there, but escaped at the tender age of 21 ;-))

Hmmm so I guess 1 lb a week isn't bad.  My rocky DL waistes no coffee compared to the doser version of the Rocky, so I save a few shots because of that.  HOwever, in the mail is a mazzer mini so I'm wondering if I'll waiste slightly more coffee due to the doser (no biggie though).

What happens to me is that I buy a pound and sometimes in 4 days its killed.  I guess sometimes I'll pull 6 shots in a row for testing (you know, scientific method!) and that'l kill a pound.  Money starts to add up when a pound is $12.00 plus getting to the coffee shop.

I guess I'm going to start buying 2lbs per visit and see how it tastes at the end of the 2nd week (if it makes it that long).

I guess it's about 1 pound a week.  453 grams in a pound / 18 grams per double / 3 doubles a day = a little over a week.  I'm not counting those days that I have others over for coffee, because it's not consistent enough to really cause issue.
